Skunk Products 

All of are skunks are tanned and caught in the USA. Our skunk pelts have no odor or bad smell to them. When they get tanned they are washed so there is no smell left on the hides.  If you need smell we can make that happen. With a really nice white stripe running down the back with black silky fur and big bushy tail these are super nice hides. People use these for hanging in homes, hats and bags. All skins are cased.

USA made right here at the Claw Antler and Hide with the finest grade winter furs. All hats are adjustable so they fit all sizes and they come with a comfortable fleece lining. The hats are made in store year round so they can be custom ordered with the features; you want. Such as, with or without faces, tails and feet. Also we can add addition tails, buffalo horns, beading, bills, and chin straps.

Civet Cat (Spotted Skunk) Hides. Civet Cat, also known as a Spotted Skunk are harvested and tanned in the USA. Skins are about a third the size of a Striped Skunk. Bright white patches or spots that go around the animal fur. Soft tanned leather and fur, sizes vary from large to small. Pelts range from 17 to 20 inches nose to tail. Limited quantity as these hard to come find. Pelts are case skinned and have feet.

Beautiful skunk hide. The hat has all 4 legs with the feet on. 3 bushy tails and the face with a bill on the front. Skunks are an amazingly beautiful animal as the white stripe is not the same on any two. Mountain man style and sewn right here in our store. Adjustable to fit most heads.

Mephitis mephitis skull. All of our skulls are boiled to clean them. Than we use a whitener to cut the grease and get them nice and clean. After cleaning we use a small bead of hot glue to keep all the teeth in place. You can heat the glue with a hair dryer to remove it if you choose to.
